A more consistent shuttle service and quicker response from the staff would make this stay much smoother. I had a pleasant stay for one night. the hotel was clean and modern, making it a great choice if you need quick access to the airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even provided a timely shuttle service. However, I found the parking fee somewhat excessive after paying for the room.

The location behind the Hyatt Place meant easy access to O'Hare Airport. The King Room featured decent space but lacked basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner, unlike other locations I've experienced.

Parking comes at $30 per day, racking up an expense that quickly adds up over a week. The breakfast spread was subpar, with stale breads, cold boiled eggs, and no staff available for assistance. Also, the shuttle service doesn't pick up at Terminal 5 unless specifically requested, requiring a trek to another terminal and a $17 taxi ride if you're not prepared.
